Delete Your DueSave Account

You can permanently delete your DueSave account and all associated data at any time.

In-app

1. Sign in to DueSave.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Select "Delete account".
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently erases your account and all associated data — including your obligations, family members, accounts, ledger entries, notes, and reminder settings. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account (the app guides you through this). Subscriptions are managed via our payment provider, Paddle.

Prefer us to do it for you? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your account and associated data.

Legal retention

Some limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records held by Paddle). See our Privacy Policy for details.
